..Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to modify the condition in paragraph 7(c) in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1835 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026 in Cr.No.210/2024 on the file of the Respondent Police such that, the Petitioner may report before B-2, R.S.Puram Police Station, Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, once in a week for next two weeks instead of Respondent Police and thereon report for enquiry as and when required before the Respondent Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 11.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1835 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 11.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1835 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
