This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first Appellant in the above Appeal, namely, the second Petitioner herein C.Mala wife of the deceased first Appellant as 3rd Appellant and Mrs.V.Anjala, Minor V.ShamRaj and Minor V.Jenishka, wife and children of the predeceased son of the first Appellant as Appellants 4 to 6 in A.S.No.851 of 2018.

2.The learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for allowing this Petition.

3.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the memorandum of appeal.

Post the main Appeal after two weeks.
