This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorari, to call for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent in Letter No. 35911/M1/2020-2 dated 29.12.2025 and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent in Letter No. 35911/M1/2020-2 dated 29.12.2025 and quash the same."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement stating that he is awaiting the outcome of SLP (C).No.258 to 260 of 2017 and therefore, liberty may be granted to him to renew the request.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to renew the request as and when the Hon'ble Supreme court has disposed of the Special Leave Petition. No costs.
