Crl.M.P.No.4845 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.4845 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this court that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday without fail until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Monday until further orders. Petitioners have been regularly complying the conditions. Petitioners find it difficult to comply with the conditions. It is his further submission that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed. Thus, he prays to relax the bail conditions.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions from 07.01.2022 without any default. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions, and now investigation is completed and final report is filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.No.321 of 2022 on the file of Principal District Court, Cuddalore, this Court is of the view that, conditions can be relaxed totally.

5. Accordingly, the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021 is totally relaxed, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. However, petitioners are directed to appear before the Court regularly without any default for facilitating smooth conduct of the trial.
