ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 363 and 394 of IPC in Crime No.145 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners have abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and also robbed one cell phone and two ATM cards from him. Hence, the complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Due to previous enmity, he foisted this false complaint against the petitioners. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners were doing real estate business. Due to business enmity, the petitioners have restrained the defacto complainant and assaulted him and also robbed his cell phone and ATM cards. He further submitted that the other accused persons were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
