(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant submitted that since the 3rd respondent is a formal party, he is given up. The said submission is recorded.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
