The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.115 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Omalur.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 20.05.2015. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties separated and the respondent herein had filed the above HMOP seeking dissolution of marriage.

3. The petitioner would submit that she along with her 8 year old child are presently residing at Omalur. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically and financially to travel from Omalur to Dharmapuri to attend every hearings.

5. Considering the difficulty of the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner is not receiving any maintenance from the respondent, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
