O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 19.09.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.28679 of 2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced G.O. (D)No.297 dated 19-02-2016 fixing the pay of the petitioner on par with his immediate junior in the cadre of Reader in Psychiatry and sanction monetary benefits due to him and also grant promotion on par with his immediate junior with effect from 10-09-2004 till the date of his retirement. 3.

A further direction is issued to send the Revised Pension Proposal to the Accountant General, Chennai. 4.
