O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 4 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Pending the Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit to that effect.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., L.Rajmohan - 442602594758, and Serin @ Sherin - 217792748847 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 28.10.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 4 of 2017 pending on the file of 1st respondent police is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
