ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to detain the accused person under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The respondents will have to take a decision independently in accordance with law with regard to detaining any person under the Preventive Detention of Law, and this Court cannot grant any direction in this regard. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
