This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint lodged by the father of Regina that she is missing and that she must have gone along with the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner was called for enquiry by the 2nd respondent.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
