This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu, namely, (i) Mrs.S.Rekha, (ii) S.Gowri and (iii) S.Naveen Kumar, wife and children of the petitioner.

3.The second respondent, viz., The Inspector of Police, Kaaripatti Police Station, Salem District, has produced all the detenu.

4.Since the petitioner is not present, identification of the detenu cannot be made. Under such circumstances, the petition is liable to be dismissed.
