This petition has been filed praying to dispense with the production of certified copy of the common order passed in LAOP Nos.1 to 5, 7, 644,646 and 648 of 2010 and etc. Batch by the Land Acquisition Tribunal, Special Court No.I, Jayamkondam.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has been shown as third respondent in the concerned petitions. The Land Acquisition Tribunal has passed a comon award. Against the common award passed by the Land Acquisition Tribunal, an appeal has been preferred and in order to dispense with the production of common award, this petition has been filed. 3.

It is seen from the records that the Registry has already numbered the concerned appeal in A.S.No.602 of 2016, even without looking into the fact that no certified copy of the common award has been filed. Since the Registry has already taken the concerned appeal in A.S.No.602 of 2016 and also considering the relief sought in the petition, the same can be allowed.

In fine, the petition is allowed.
