O R D E R

The plaintiffs, who have filed the Unnumbered suit in O.S.SR.No.6062 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore, have filed the above Civil Revision Petition, challenging the docket order passed by the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore, with regard to the maintainability of

the suit. The Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore, returned the papers on 27.02.2015 for complying with the defects in ten days time. However, the plaintiffs, without making any submissions with regard to the maintainability of the suit before the trial Court, directly challenged the order before this Court.

2.In these circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court. However, the plaintiffs are given liberty to advance their submissions before the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore, with regard to the queries raised by the trial Court on 27.02.2015 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
