Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 20.07.2017 and to measure the land and lay survey stones for his property measuring an extent of 2.71 acres in S.F.No.145/4 and 3.5 cents in S.No.113/1M, Oonjavelanpatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District. 3.Mr.V.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.07.2017 for surveying and demarcating the lands, the first respondent has not completed the exercise so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner would pay the necessary charges for surveying and demarcating the lands. 4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2017 for surveying and demarcating the lands on payment of necessary charges, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2017, on payment of necessary charges and to survey and demarcate the lands, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
