Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents, more particularly the 3rd respondent, their men, agents and representatives to permanently close down the said TASMAC wine shop newly opened at Door No.75, Ayapakkam Road, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053 and, also not to open/run wine shop/Bar in any other place in and around T.G.Anna Nagar, K.K.Nagar on Ayapakkam Road.

ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Heard Mr.C.Veerappan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents, more particularly the 3rd respondent, their men, agents and representatives to permanently close down the said TASMAC Wine Shop newly opened at Door No.75, Ayapakkam Road, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053 and, also not to open/run Wine Shop/Bar in any other place in and around T.G.Anna Nagar, K.K.Nagar on Ayapakkam Road.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the shop is closed, in view of the public objection. Recording his submissions, the writ petition is closed.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is a proposal for opening the Shop in some other places.
5. In such event, direction is given to the respondents that the decision shall be taken after given personal hearing to the parties concerned and considering the objections of the public of the area.
