These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the fair and decreetal orders passed in E.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2023 in E.P.No. 3457 of 2019 in O.S.No.3754 of 2013 on the file of learned XXVII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the Revision Petitioner seems to be justifiable one, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the above Civil Revision Petitions if it is otherwise found to be in order immediately.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to produce the Aamine warrant for execution of delivery warrant as per his submissions.

4. Post the matter on 30.03.2023.
