ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 wherein the petitioner has requested for outright purchase of the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of this writ petition.

The petitioner admits that the property in question belongs to the Government of Puducherry. According to the petitioner, as the said property is not being put to use by the Government and would be useful to the petitioner, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 28.10.2025 to the respondents requesting them to sell the said property at a fair market value. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.
This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025. 6.
For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025, seeking to
