Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on condition that the appellant pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent by 19.12.2018 and list the matter on 20.12.2018 for reporting compliance.
