Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in his enquiry notice in Lr.No.120/TNHMC/2018 dated 19.4.2018 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, submitted a memo as follows:- "1. The above writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, or any other writ, order or direction of a like nature, to call for the records of the first respondent in his enquiry notice in Lr.No.120/TNHMC/2018 dated 19.4.2018 and to quash the same.

2. The first respondent undertakes to recall the enquiry notice dated 19.4.2018 without prejudice to proceed further in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law especially Rule 14 of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homoeopathy Rules, 1972.

3. Therefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and pass appropriate orders as deemed fit and proper disposing the above writ petition and thus render justice."

2. Since the first respondent has chosen to withdraw the enquiry notice dated 19.4.2018 and further ensured that the enquiry proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the procedures contemplated under the Act and the Rules, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
