(b)Grant permanent custody of her minor son Aryan Thineshchandar to the petitioner.

(c)pass any other orders that it deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 06.06.2023 had been filed before this Court. Parties to this Original petition were also present before this Court and were identified by their respective counsels. The contents of the said Joint Memo of Compromise is extracted hereunder for better appreciation:- "1.It is agreed that the permanent custody of the minor child Aryan Thineshchandar shall be with the petitioner (mohter).

2.The respondent father shall have the visitation visits of the minor child on every Sunday from 10.00 AM to 08.00 PM.

3.The respondent has agreed to deposit Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs only) in the name of the minor child for the welfare and other expenses and out of which he has already deposited Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) in the minor child. The balance of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) has agreed to be deposited in the name of the minor child before 30.06.2023. 2/4

4.It is agreed that this is full and final settlement in terms of child support and welfare." 2.The said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 06.06.2023 had been taken on record and shall form the integral part of this order. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties.
