Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of direction in the nature of writ declaring the rule 8 Category 9 Sub clause III(b) of Puducherry Judicial Service (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2008 and the consequential notification No.R.O.C.No.1/Rec.Cell/2014 dated 23.11.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as fixing of the minimum age limit and crucial date as on 01.7.2014 concerned as arbitrary and unconstitutional and direct the 2nd respondent to receive the application from the petitioner and permit her to take part in the examination and consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) pursuant to the notification No.1/Rec.Cell/2014 dated 23.11.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent.
