ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 08.03.2016 and the clarification dated 06.08.2016 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem, in R.E.P.No.204 of 2013 in O.S.No.31 of 2011, thereby ordering arrest of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the matter has been settled between the parties, nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
