O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police, DCB (District Crime Branch) Tiruvallur, Tiruvallur District to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 29.05.2015 and hand over the educational certificates to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the respondent police registered a case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

crime No.42 of 2013 against D.D.Medical College and after completing the investigation, final report has been filed on 06.05.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthani. It is also represented that the original certificates of the petitioner has been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruthani as early as 28.01.2014.

4. Under such circumstances, this court directs the petitioner to file a petition under Section 451 Cr.P.C before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthani. The learned Magistrate shall return the original certificates to the petitioner after due verification; taking photocopy; and attesting the same and keep the attested photo copies in the file.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
