The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 28.07.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.14287 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

has submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.07.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.219 of 2018 dated 28.06.2018.
