O R D E R

Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.41 of 2015 in O.S.No.16 of 2015, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Puducherry, the first defendant has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of an order of interim injunction granted in O.S.No.1524 of 2013, on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Puducherry, the trial court has granted an order of status quo in I.A.No.41 of 2015 in O.S.No.16 of 2015. No doubt, that the said application is still pending before the trial court and is posted on 2.6.2015.

3. Learned counsel on either side submitted that the revision petitioner-first defendant has already filed her counter and the application is reserved for orders and at the instance of the petitioner, the application has been reopened.

4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Puducherry, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.41 of 2015 in O.S.No.16 of 2015 on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
