) This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 140 days in re-presenting the appeal in C.M.A. (SR) No.52664 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 140 days in re-presenting the appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and list the same for admission.
