Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 27.02.2023 and to provide police protection for the petitioner to live in petitioner village and for doing agricultural activities in particular for selling the harvested cotton and for harvesting cultivated corn in petitioner land. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 27.02.2023 and to provide police protection for the petitioner to live in petitioner village and for doing agricultural activities in particular for selling the harvested cotton and for harvesting cultivated corn in petitioner land.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
