Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned order No.V.12025/05/2012DE(Pt) dated 9.4.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve the enhancement of seats in MDS Degree Course in 5 specialties of (i) Prosthodontics (ii) Conservative Dentistry (iii) Orthodontics (iv) Periodontics and (v) Oral and Maxilofacial surgery in the 3rd respondent College from the academic year 2014-2015.
