Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence of imprisonment dated 10.02.2021 made in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2019 (Old Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2017) on the file of the learned Special court for POCSO Act cases salem and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.349 of 2021.

SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension sentence imposed on the petitioner.
