ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta that has been issued in favour of the 4 th respondent with respect to the subject property and for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and her siblings. 2.Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 4 th respondent and orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
