ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to alter the Section into 323, 326 & 307 of IPC against the accused persons instead of Section 294(b) and 324 of IPC in Crime No.160 of 2013, dated 17.07.2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. A direction of this nature cannot be issued under Section 482 Cr.P.C.. and during the course of investigation, if it comes to light that the said offence has been made out it is for the Investigation Officer to alter the First Information Report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
