O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.] By an order dated 25.01.2017 in W.P.No.42308 of 2016, this Court permitted the petitioner to comply with the order dated 14.10.2016 passed by the 1st respondent with regard to unauthorised construction and its demolition. This writ petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a period of six months to comply the same.

2. While submitting his case, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that 85% of the demolition work had already been completed and only the beams have to be removed. He sought reasonable extension of time for the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we acceded to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and grant further three months time to comply with the order dated 14.10.2016.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
