2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry conducted and closed on 26.08.2015.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
