COMMON ORDER Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decreetal orders dated 30.4.2015 in E.A.C.F.R.No.3119 of 2015 in E.P.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.63 of 2012 and I.A.No.1005 of 2013 in O.S.No.63 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Court, Tirupur. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side represented that the parties have settled the matter and also entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 29.07.2015. The petitioner and the respondent, who were also present in the court, have acknowledged the due execution of the Joint Memo of Compromise. As per Clause-2 of the Memo of Compromise, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.35,00,000/-(Rupees thirty five lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft dated 25.7.2015, drawn on Indian Bank and the Demand Draft was also handed over to the respondent today before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the Demand Draft.

It is also agreed between the parties that the petitioner would vacate the premises on or before 31.7.2016. The Memo of Compromise dated 29.7.2015, signed by the petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsel, is taken on record. 4.

The petitioner has also filed an affidavit stating that he would vacate and surrender possession of the property on or before 31.7.2016. The affidavit of undertaking is also taken on record. 5.

In these circumstances, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise and the Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
