CMP.Nos.8093, 8099 & 8110 of 2019 in S.A.No.1345 of 2005 CMP.Nos.8093, 8099 & 8110 of 2019 in S.A.No.1345 of 2005 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.8093 of 2019, has been filed to condone the delay of 430 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent viz., Periyasamy in the above S.A.No.1345 of 2005, CMP.No.8099 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent in the above second appeal and CMP.No.8110 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent viz., Periyasamy and rank them as the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in S.A.No.1345 of 2005. 2.Proposed parties have already been served, their names also printed in the cause list and eventhough, none appeared. 3.

The factum of the death and the proposed parties as the legal representatives of the deceased, are not in dispute. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title within a period of three weeks.
