This Court vide order dated 06.12.2022 has directed the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Advocate Commissioner's report.

2. This being so, after a lapse of nearly one year, the District Munsif, Perundurai has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide D.No.457, dated 19.10.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of four months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 06.12.2022, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant four months extension to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2012 as directed by this Court order dated 06.12.2022.

3. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Erode along with the copy marked to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magsitrate, Perudurai. 20.11.2023 kmm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
