This Writ Petition has been filed to forbearing the first respondent from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the rented ground floor portion in premises No.164-A, M.G.B.Street, Kavery Rangan Nagar, Saligramam, Chennai - 93 or order direction in the nature of Writ.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The earlier of this Court dated 22.07.2016 indicate that a Rent Control Proceedings has been initiated in RCOP No.656 of 2015 and the same is pending.

4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
