Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 AM. until further order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2836 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.144 of 2020 dated 03/03/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.144 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 457, 381, 406 and 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.486 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
