ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. A perusal of the materials on record would disclose that no specific allegation as to the illegal detention and custody of the detenue at the hands of somebody, despite the fact the fourth respondent under whose illegal custody the detenue is confined under suspicion, has also been arrayed as a party-respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has made an endorsement to this effect.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
