(CR.NO.75/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "The Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in order dated 17/03/2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.5341 of 2021 by this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.T.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

5341 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 324, 307 of IPC, in Crime No.75 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM.
