FROM For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Government letter issued by the 1st respondent in No.18429/UD3(1/2011-3 dated 18.09.2014) & letter No.NTI/5840/2013 dated 04.11.2019 and quash both and consequently direct the respondents to re-convey the agricultural lands situated in S.No.141/1, 141/2, 142/1 and 142/2, Chithamanoor Village, Chengalpet taluk, Kancheepuram District in our favour and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
TO For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a a Writ of Declaration that the acquisition proceedings in respect to the lands in S.No.141/1, 141/2, 142/1 and 142/2, Chithamanoor Village, Chengalpet taluk, Kancheepuram District issued under Sec.4 of the land acquisition Act and the subsequent Award passed in the above Acquisition proceedings have lapsed due to non compliance with Sec.24(2) of Act 30 of 2013 and pass such further or other orders and thereby render justice.
