This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking expeditious disposal Page No.1/4

of the suit in O.S. No.245 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being senior citizen and physically challenged having 70% disability has filed a suit seeking declaration and perpetual injunction. It is submitted that the pleadings are complete and the suit is posted for framing issues.

3. Considering the nature of the suit and considering the circumstances of the case, including the disability and age of the petitioner, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.245 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
