PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India to issue a direction for expeditious disposal of I.A.No. 36/2015 in L.A.O.P. No. 46/2014, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mrs. B. Veeramani

The limited prayer sought for in the present revision is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.36 of 2018 within a stipulated time.

2. On perusal of the adjudication from the "A" Diary extract produced before this Court, it is seen that from 20.08.2015 onwards, the Court below had been granting time to the respondents 1 to 6 for filing counter.
3. In my view, sufficient opportunity has been given to these respondents to file a counter. By fixing a time limit for the disposal of the said application, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. Hence, notice is not being ordered. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim by the petitioner in the application, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub-ordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the application in I.A.No. 36/2015 in L.A.O.P. No. 46/2014 within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
