(CR.NO.2354 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8647 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17113 of 2020 and this Hon'ble Court passed an order dated 23/12/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PRAKASH BABU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17113 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC altered as Section 366, 363 of IPC and Section 5(1) and 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006, in Crime No.2354 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
