ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 24.02.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act and Section 3, 7 of TNRS Rules 2000 and Section 120(B), 420, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.258 of 2017, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who has jumped the bail and delayed the process of trial, was secured on execution of NBW. When the petitioner moved the bail petition before the trial Court, the trial Court has considered the conduct of the petitioner, who has delayed the commencement of the trial for 2 years and dismissed the bail petition.

3.This Court is concurrence with the views expressed by the trial Court for committing the petitioner to the judicial custody, since there are 13 accused in this case and the petitioner, who is the 11th accused along with other accused in turn abstaining himself to appear for the trial and preventing the trial court to proceed with the trial and this Court already directed to expedite the trial. In such circumstances, this Court finds that the release of this petitioner on bail will again delay the process of completing the trial.
