ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2020 passed by the third respondent, thereby rejected the the proposal sent for approval of appointment of one G.Santhi in the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the petitioner's School from the date of initial appointment, i.e., on 02.03.2018, by considering the appeal of the petitioner dated 15.09.2020, 27.09.2021 and 30.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the petitioner challenged the order passed by the third respondent, thereby rejected the proposal sent for approval of appointment of

one G.Santhi as B.T.Assistant (Science), it was not considered. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted an appeal before the second respondent on 30.03.2023 and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.03.2023, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18549 of 2022, dated 08.01.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
