Prayer:Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus Directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the temple like structures and Vinayagar Idol erected by the Respondents 4 to 7 in violation of the order passed by the 1st Respondent in Rc.14373/2014/M5 dated 31.07.2014, 01.09.2014 , 30.09.2014,

17.11.2014 and 06.02.2015 in the petitioners house site measuring 3500 sq.ft lying in between house site Nos. 6 and 7 bearing S.F.No. 94/1A1A, Agoor Group Amirthapuram Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by considering the petitioners representation dated 26.12.2014. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue arises in the present writ petition is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.34324 of 2015 and 34324 of 2016 and hence this Court may permit the petitioner to canvass the matter before the Division Bench of this Court.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the issue before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the similar pending cases in the above said writ petitions. No
