(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) This application is filed to bring on record the respondents 14 and 15 as legal heirs of the deceased fifth respondent.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition it is stated that the respondents 14 and 15 are the wife and minor son of the deceased fifth respondent. Despite notice being served on them through Court on 08.03.2023, there is no representation.

3. Having regard to the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
