This Application is filed seeking to implead M/s.GoDaddy.com LLC and M/s.GoDaddy India Domains and Hosting Services Private Limited as 3rd and 4th Respondents in O.A.No.92 of 2019 in C.S.No.93 of 2019.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the Applicant that there is no specific order against the proposed Respondents.

3. On the other hand, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents/Defendants that the proposed Respondents did not co-operate with the Advocate Commissioner.

4. However, this Court is of the view that the proposed Respondents are necessary parties for the purpose of adjudication. Hence, this Application seeking impleadment of M/s.GoDaddy.com LLC and M/s.GoDaddy India Domains and Hosting Services Private Limited, as 3rd and 4th Respondents in O.A.No.92 of 2019 in C.S.No.93 of 2019, is ordered.
